If your dopamine levels are low, you won’t see the truth, even if it’s right in front of your face.
The truth is all around us, but most people are blind to it and it’s not entirely their fault.
We took a month-long break from writing, aiming to return stronger and more purposeful. And so we are.
Today’s message is important.
This year is critical.
For all of us who stand in favour of the human spirit, planet Earth, and our freedom.
We’re under attack on multiple fronts and multiple levels.
To defend ourselves, we first need to understand what we’re up against.
But here’s the problem: if your dopamine levels are low, you won’t see the truth, even if it’s right in front of your face. -Jack Kruse
Modern living is purposefully orchestrated to narrow our perspective, making our view of the world increasingly myopic.
It should come as no great surprise, then, that we also face a literal pandemic of physical myopia. Jacob Liberman’s work highlights this brilliantly.
Think about it: scrolling endlessly, indulging in easy or addictive food, substances; all of these create a haze of comfort that drowns out the voice of the human spirit in the noise of constant stimulation.
Go on a multi-day fast. Leave the media behind. Get lost in your own world for a bit. See what sticks.
Focusing on the narrative of dopamine addiction and paraphrasing Paul Chek: a mind with a dysregulated circadian rhythm (thus dysregulated dopamine cycles) cannot tap into higher realms of consciousness.
And those higher realms are exactly where we need to go right now.
We need to tap into our reserves, find clarity, and support ourselves in this time of crisis.
How do we start?
Reclaim your mind.
As laid out in the book The Indoctrinated Brain, the attack on our brain is both deliberate and specific. Understanding it is the first step to countering it.
Next, find a dream or objective worth living and even dying for.
Align yourself with the cycle of the sun. Do not miss a sunrise. Combine this with abstinence from social media and other comforting cruches.
This will help recover your dopamine baseline, leaving you more motivated, inspired, and aligned with your true self.
When your dopamine levels recover, you’ll feel an expansion, an enhanced appreciation of life and all it has to offer. You’ll also sharpen your ability to perceive the truth when it’s laid out before you.
From there, you can move on to prolonged fasts to get to know yourself better and detox protocols, particularly if you’ve had the *xine.
The truth is all around us, friends. But if we’re trapped in the haze of modern addiction, we’ll never see it.
Reclaim your mind, your body, and your spirit. It’s time.
